Adhesive Resin
Adhesive Resin for Aluminum-Plastic Stabilized Pipes
This product is a polypropylene-based adhesive resin enriched with functional groups, designed to address the weak adhesion between aluminum and polypropylene. It is suitable for co-extrusion applications such as aluminum-plastic composite pipes and panels. The resin demonstrates excellent bonding strength and processability. As an intermediate bonding layer between aluminum and materials like PPR (polypropylene random copolymer), it delivers outstanding interfacial adhesion and mechanical properties.

- It is suitable for applications in aluminum-plastic composite pipes, barrier pipes, and related fields.
The recommended processing temperature range is 200–230℃. Actual temperatures should be adjusted based on specific equipment capabilities to ensure complete melting and optimal plasticization. If the adhesive resin remains in a molten state within the screw for an extended period, thoroughly purge the system and replace it with fresh resin before restarting production. After each production cycle, clear residual adhesive resin from the equipment by purging with raw material.
25 kg/bag, packed in polypropylene woven bags. Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life: 1 year from the production date.
