Adhesive Resin for Barrier Applications
This product is a functionally modified polyolefin-based adhesive resin designed for bonding polyethylene (PE) and ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH). It exhibits excellent adhesion to both EVOH and PE layers. While retaining the superior weather resistance and chemical resistance of polyolefin resins, it offers easy processability, a broad processing window, and low equipment requirements. The resin features uniform pellet morphology, meets hygiene and safety standards, and leaves no toxic residues.

The recommended processing temperature range is 200–230°C. Actual temperatures should be adjusted based on the specific equipment used, ensuring complete melting and optimal plasticization.If the adhesive resin remains in a molten state within the screw for an extended period, it is advised to purge the system thoroughly and replace it with fresh resin before restarting production. After each production cycle, residual adhesive resin should be cleared from the equipment by purging with raw material
25 kg/bag, packed in polypropylene woven bags. Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life: 1 year from the production date.
