HA400A is a polyethylene based adhesive resin with polar groups. As an interface layer between aluminum and XLPE, HDPE, MDPE, PERT, etc. It has excellent bonding strength and water resistance,excellent processing performance, suitable for multi-layer co extrusion.

Co-Extrusion coating. It is recommended to perform rust removal, oil removal of metal surface before coating adhesive resin. The optimal processing temperature is 190-210 °C. The heating temperature of the oven and the preheating effect of the metal surface are key factors affecting the bonding strength. For materials that reside in the screw for a long time, it is recommended to purge them out before production.
