Adhesive Resin for Steel Mesh Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipe
This product is an adhesive resin specifically designed for steel wire mesh reinforced composite pipes. By applying an intermediate adhesive resin layer between the reinforcing steel wire mesh and the inner/outer polyethylene layers, it firmly bonds the steel skeleton with the inner and outer PE layers. This effectively addresses the weak adhesion between steel and polyethylene, providing excellent bonding and composite performance between metal and plastic materials.

It is suitable for applications in urban water supply, firefighting water systems, metallurgical and mining industries, as well as petroleum and natural gas sectors.
Extrusion Coating. Ensure the surface temperature of the reinforcing steel wire (or copper-plated/zinc-plated steel wire) during coating remains between 200°C and 230°C. At higher line speeds, adjust the wire surface temperature and the distance between the water bath and the extruder to guarantee sufficient reaction temperature and time.
25 kg/bag, packed in polypropylene woven bags. Store in a cool and dry place.
Shelf life: 1 year from the production date.
