3PE adhesive resin
The product is polyolefin adhesive with polar functional and non polar components. Some part of polar functional reacts with the epoxy group of epoxy primer to form chemical bond; while other parts with the good adhesion between non-polar part and surface layer of polyethylene. It meets the standard GB/T23257-2009"Buried steel pipe polyethylene coating".

Suitable for extrusion wound polyethylene pipeline anti-corrosion coating with two or three-layer of structure.
- Recommended process: preheating section 150-180 °C, intermediate section 190-220 °C, transition section 190-220 °C, die 200-220 °C, melt temperature 190-220 °C.
Packed in 25kgs/bag, stored in a cool and dry place.
