Thermoplastic powder adhesive
This product is maleic anhydride graft-modified High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). By introducing strongly polar side groups onto the non-polar molecular chains, it can bridge the gap and enhance the adhesion and compatibility between polar and non-polar materials. Featuring low residual monomer content and minimal gel formation, this highly reactive product delivers excellent interfacial adhesion to various metal substrates (such as iron, aluminum, and galvanized steel). It is engineered to meet diverse application requirements.

1. When used with thermoplastic polyethylene powders, it significantly enhances the adhesion of the powder to metal substrates. It also markedly improves the overall mechanical properties of the material, including tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, and heat deflection temperature.
2.Other uses:
• As a modifier for glass fiber-reinforced PE and filled PE (with talc, aluminum hydroxide,magnesium hydroxide, wood flour,mica, wollastonite, etc.).
Recommended dosage: 2.5-10%(relative to PE).
• As a nylon toughener.
Recommended dosage: 20%(relative to nylon).
- Mixing granulation with polyethylene resin or filler in proportion.
Packed in 25kgs/bag , stored in a cool and dry place.
