This product is suitable for SMC and BMC applications. Depending on the part geometry, pigment type, and filler composition, the dosage of our PE fine powder in the formulation ranges from 1% to 8% for SMC, BMC/DMC, and RTM.

For pultrusion processes, the dosage ranges from 1% to 5% of the resin content. The recommended dosage is 2–3% for thin-walled products and 3–5% for thick-walled products.

The actual dosage should be adjusted based on product thickness. For high-surface-quality requirements or large/complex-shaped products, a dosage between 5% and 10% is recommended.

Polystyrene (PS) powder is recommended for SMC, BMC, and pultrusion compounds, with a dosage ranging from 2% to 8% in the formulation.

When using this product, avoid concurrent use of other low-shrinkage additives to prevent color uniformity issues.
