This product is suitable for SMC and BMC. Depending on the shape of the part and the type of pigment and fllers, the dosage of our PE fine powder added to the formation range from 1-8% in SMC, BMC/DMC, RTM.

The dosage of our PE fine powder added to the formation range from 1-5% of resin content in pultrusion. And the recommended dosage for thin-wall product is 2-3%, for thick-wall product is 3-5%.

The actual dosage should according to the product's thickness, especially for the highly request surface product or large and complex shape's product, the recommended dosage is between 5% and 10%.

The Polystyrene powder are recommended fr use in SMC, BMC and pultrusion compounds, the dosage of PS powder added to the formation range from 2-8%.

When using this product , please do not to use other low shrinkage, so as not to affect to the color uniformity.

Reasonable dosage should be determined by users according to their products' characteristics.
