This product is derived from polar-monomer modified PPO (polyphenylene ether) resin, exhibiting high functional group density. It serves as a coupling agent for PPO/PA, PPO/HIPS, PPO/HIPS/PA alloys, and their corresponding glass-fiber reinforced modifications.

This product functions as a compatibilizer and toughening agent for PPO/PA alloys. It is particularly effective in compatibilizing reinforced composites such as PPO/PA, PPO/HIPS, and PPO/HIPS/PA alloys, significantly improving the interfacial compatibility between PPO and PA while enhancing alloy toughness. Crucially, it maintains the high-temperature resistance of the alloys. The recommended addition level is 2-10%.
- This product can be processed across a broad temperature range, with a typical processing window of 240-300°C. Specific temperatures should be determined based on formulation requirements, extruder type, screw design, rotational speed, output rate, and residence time as needed.
