Wood Plastic Coupling Agent
This product is a maleic anhydride graft-modified high-density polyethylene (HDPE). By introducing strongly polar side groups into its non-polar molecular chains, it serves as a bridge to enhance the adhesion and compatibility between polar and non-polar materials.
With low residual monomer content, minimal gel content, and high reactivity, this product functions as an effective chemical coupling agent for filled or reinforced polyethylene. It significantly improves the mechanical properties and thermal performance of filled or reinforced polyethylene systems.

1. For wood-plastic products, which with acid group could esterifiy with hydroxy in wood powder result in reducing the polarity and hygroscopicity of wood powder,making wood powder and polyethylene resin have better compatibility, to improve the impact performance, low temperature resistance and breaking elongation.That recommended dosages are between 2%-5% basis of the total formulation;
2.Other uses: As a modifier for glass fiber,enhancing and filling PE(talcum powder, aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydrate, wood powder, mica, wollastonite etc).That recommended dosages are between 2.5%-10% basis of PE. As to nylon toughener, the recommended dosage is 20% basis of nylon.
Mixing granulation with polyethylene resin or filler in proportion.
- 25 kg/bag. Store in a cool and dry place.
